Reservation

Reservations are confirmed by email after booking. A security deposit of € 500 is held and refunded at check-out, less any electricity usage and damages.

Cancellation

• 60+ days before arrival — 10% cancellation fee
• 30–60 days — 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 30 days — full stay charge applies

Stay

• Check-in 4 pm · check-out 12 noon
• No smoking inside the villas
• Pets are not allowed
• Late check-out subject to availability, € 75 fee
